The Highs
A major milestone 🚀: The launch of our new name, brand, and website—Ferrgood Studio! This rebrand reflects a year of growth, expansion, and honing our creative vision. With a bigger team and broader expertise, we’re stepping into this new chapter with confidence. Our refreshed identity captures where we’re headed, and we’re more excited than ever to elevate the value we bring to each collaboration.
Award recognition 🏆: We were thrilled to be shortlisted for the Creativepool Awards in the Branding category for our work with NAS Charity. This project was a special one, focused on celebrating humanity and mental well-being through art and culture. From strategy to identity design, we created a visual language that resonated deeply with NAS’s mission to promote well-being through creativity. Being recognised for this work is an honour, and we're grateful to have been part of something so purpose-driven and impactful.
International keynote 🎙️: Our founder Teresa took the stage for her first international keynote in Lisbon at Sustainability Talks hosted by Heden Coworking—a sustainable co-working space. She delivered a lightning talk on Sustainable Branding, sharing why it matters and offering actionable tips on how to integrate it into the creative process. It was a proud moment for us, further establishing Ferrgood Studio as a thought-leader in this space.
The Lows
SEO setbacks 📊: Rebranding came with a side effect—a hit to our SEO rankings. With the new name, site, and branding, we’ve had to dive deep into the SEO trenches with an expert to get us back on track. It’s a slow climb, but vital for making sure people can find us—and ultimately, hire us.
Starting fresh 🙌: There’s something bittersweet about letting go of the old to embrace the new. Saying goodbye to the identity we nurtured for the past two years was tougher than expected, emotionally speaking. But as with any new beginning, there’s excitement on the other side.
The admin hustle 👻: Ah, the not-so-glamorous side of running a creative business—chasing down overdue payments. It’s an energy drain we’d much rather be channeling into creative pursuits, but hey, it’s part of the game. And we’re playing to win.
