I am thrilled to announce that I will be a part of the Upgrade Yourself Festival Somerset House! This incredible series of FREE interactive talks, workshops and networking events brings together trailblazing creatives and industry experts to share insights, hacks, and inspiration.

🎤 This is all about exploring alternative career pathways in the creative industries, whether behind the scenes or at the forefront. It's an amazing opportunity to connect young creatives aged 18-30 with industry professionals and help them unlock their creative potential.

I'll be there on the 7th and the 8th of June in the networking rooms, with the incredible Isabel Sachs and Rebeka Eleki

A huge thank you to I LIKE NETWORKING for bringing me into this fantastic initiative. I'm excited to share my journey, learn from others, and hopefully inspire the next generation of creative minds.

🙌 A few months ago, I decided to start doing things that really scared me, one of them being public speaking. This came at a time in life where I was lucky enough to have a supportive creative community behind me, so I'm happy to say that this is now something I actually enjoy doing.

💥 In this panel discussion, we explored how we built and how we benefit from our creative communities. A topic close to my heart, as I personally feel that it's been pretty life changing. Now bear with me for the thank yous.

💫 Thank you to
I LIKE NETWORKING for inviting me and Acrylicize for hosting. Thank you to the talented Isabel SachsBecky NamgaudsKelli Fontana, and Cassi Young – I've learned so much from you. And last but not least, thank you to everyone who came - for being engaged, for sharing with us and for connecting on a deeper level. It was a privilege to be involved with such an inspiring crowd.

101 talk with designer Clara Chu for Atelier 100

This talk was hosted at the Atelier 100 space in The Livat Centre Hammersmith, where I had the pleasure to interview Clara Chu.

Clara Chu is a London-based multidisciplinary artist and designer. She creates work that re-imagines everyday, mundane objects in our domestic world, mixing mass production with the hand crafted. Visionary and colourful pop accessories challenge what we wear on our bodies, not only textiles but everyday household objects we take for granted, from vegetable peelers to spoons

On the 13 October 2022, I was part of a panel discussion with an incredible line up of creatives. Chris Sanders, founder of Right Aligned and Owen Turner from York Design Week headed up the panel with a discussion focusing on how designers and creatives should be using their problem-solving skills to improve their own industries. The panel also featured Johannes Grimmond from Pentagram, Helen Hartley from HH consulting and Kate Lenton from Brand Point Zero.
